Mendo AI Consulting was founded by Samuel Holley after a decade of teaching anxious, intelligent people how to master systems that felt impossible. Reclaim by Design™ is the framework underneath every engagement. It sits in a lineage that runs from IDEO and Stanford d.school's Human-Centered Design through Formation by Design (a Georgetown Jesuit teaching tradition) into the AI age.
Two pillars carry it: Self-Correcting by Design (iteration IS the system, not the bug—the system gets better the more you use it) and Tailored by Design (built FOR you, not configured BY you). Together: continuously tailored.
